Carve Out "Me Time": Your entire life shouldn't belong to your boss or your responsibilities. You need time that belongs strictly to you.
Limit Technology: Reduce the excessive use of earbuds, constant music, TV, and endless mobile scrolling.
Unplug at Home: When you get home, put the phone away. Give your undivided attention to your family.
